Family Connection

Schoolwide family involvement, led by system level leaders, is essential to a successful Hope Squad program. Hope Squad provides resources that strengthen mental health awareness, build practical skills, and reinforce what students are learning throughout the year.

These resources include:

  • Schoolwide Parent Manual
  • Family focused activities in monthly theme toolkits
  • Home Connect and Home Extension templates for school-based lesson communication and reinforcement
  • Family-facilitated lessons empowering topic-based content for parent facilitation and skill building at home
  • Wellness Today for Parents monthly LinkedIn communication series 

Supplemental Lessons

Hope Squad offers extended content for Squad Members that may require review or approval by school and district administrators or student caregivers. To support districts with more stringent review processes, this lesson content is available on an opt-in basis only.
