Junior High School Member Supplemental Lessons

Important Notice for Advisors and Administrators

Supplemental Member lessons provide more targeted learning and peer-support skill building around sensitive topics such as relationship violence, abuse, exploitation, trafficking, sextortion, digital safety, substance use, and other student safety concerns.

Because these lessons may go beyond general schoolwide awareness, schools should review applicable state, district, and school policies before use. Administrators should also determine whether parent notification or permission, district approval, school board review, or other local procedures are required before making a supplemental lesson available to students.
